Free resources

Not a course, still worth your time.

The most valuable enterprise AI material is often a playbook, a standard or a vendor's own implementation library — not a course. All free, all published by the organisation named, no paywall and no sales call.

Putting AI
into the business

Most AI projects stall before they touch a real workflow. Run these six checks first, then send your team to the free courses that teach the rest.

01
Name the process, not the tool
Pick one repeatable, high-volume workflow with a measurable cost — support triage, quoting, onboarding. Tools come after the process.
02
Check the data is reachable
If the knowledge lives in inboxes and people's heads, no agent can use it. Confirm where the source of truth sits and who owns it.
03
Decide what the agent may do alone
Write down what it can read, what it can write, and what always needs a human signature before it goes out.
04
Set the baseline before you start
Record today's handling time, error rate and cost. Without a before, you cannot prove an after.
05
Assign an owner and a review date
One named person owns the workflow, its prompts and its failures — with a fixed date to keep, change or kill it.
06
Train the team that will use it
Adoption fails on confidence, not capability. Put the people doing the work through the courses below first.
